    Garlice Baked Chicken Over Penne


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups hot water
    • 1 packet chicken gravy mix
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup minced garlic, about 12 cloves
    • 2 T minced onions
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasted
    • 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp crushed dried basil, divided
    • 1 tsp crushed dried oregano, divided
    • 8 oz penne


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. In deep baking pan, combine water, gravy mix, flour, garlic and onions; mix well.
    3. Rub chicken breasted with half olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika, half of basil and half of oregano. Place in pan, turning to coat with gravy mix; and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
    4. About 45 minutes into baking time, bring large pot of water to boil. Add remaining olive oil, remaining basil and remaining oregano. Add pasta and boil until tender; drain.
    5. Divide pasta among serving plates. Arrange chicken breasts on top of pasta and cover with gravy sauce.
