- 8 ounces BARILLA® Gemelli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bag (10 ounces) spinach, washed and trimmed
- 1 jar (26 ounces) BARILLA® Green & Black Olive Pasta Sauce
- 8 ounces Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook gemelli according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, add olive oil to large skillet. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 minute over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat; stir in pasta sauce and cooked sausage. Cook 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over hot drained gemelli; sprinkle with cheese.
