List of Ingredients
- 3/4 pound(s) of whole grain pasta
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow pepper, julienned
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) of chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup(s) of sliced green olives
- 10 ounce(s) of Savory Garlic Cooking Cream {entire container}
- 1/4 cup(s) of hot water
- 1 lemon zest & juice to taste
- 1/3 cup(s) of chopped flat leaf parsley {for garnish}
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to packaged directions. While it is cooking, chop all your vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix cooking cream with hot water until desired consistency is reached. Stir in lemon zest and juice to taste.
- Drain pasta and place into large bowl.
- Toss pasta with vegetables and sauce. Top with parsley.
