Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

- 8 ounces mostaccioli or penne
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package (8 ounces) ATHENOS® Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, crumbled
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Return to pan; toss with oil.
- Add tomatoes, spinach and onions; toss lightly. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Add cheese; cook 1 minute.
