    Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces mostaccioli or penne
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
    • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
    • 1 package (8 ounces) ATHENOS® Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, crumbled


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Return to pan; toss with oil.
    2. Add tomatoes, spinach and onions; toss lightly. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    3. Add cheese; cook 1 minute.
