Rigatoni with Four Cheeses

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 T Romano cheese
- 3 T parsley, chopped
- 3 tsp basil, chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1 lb rigatoni
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat butter in medium skillet, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Stir in ricotta, Parmesan, Romano, parsley, basil, nutmeg and cloves. Cook, stirring over low heat, until heated through.
- Cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and place in large serving bowl. Combine rigatoni and ricotta mixture and add the mozzarella. Gently stir to combine and serve.
