List of Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 pkg (12 oz) Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Mexican-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown meat in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Stir in shells, tomatoes with their liquid and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add cheese sauce; stir until blended. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Final Comments
Makes 4 servings
JAZZ IT UP: Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and avocado, sliced olives, salsa or sour cream.
