    Baked Chicken Breasts


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/3 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13" x 9" baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. In blender container, place oatmeal, Parmesan cheese, salt, paprika and pepper. Cover with lid; blend about 1 minute or until thoroughly mixed. Pour into shallow dish.
    3. In a separate shallow dish, mix garlic and milk.
    4. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
    5. Dip chicken, one piece at a time, in oatmeal mixture, then in milk mixture, then again in oatmeal mixture. Arrange coated pieces in a single layer in prepared pan; spray each piece.
    6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
