- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 T Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 2 T paprika
- 1 T brown sugar
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Using sharp knife, score each piece chicken in 2 to 3 places with 1/4" deep cuts.
- Combine chicken and lemon juice in bowl, turning chicken until thoroughly coated. Set aside.
- Mix seasoning blend, paprika, and brown sugar in separate bowl.
- Roll each piece chicken in spice mixture until well coated.
- Spray grill with cooking spray. Place seasoned chicken breasts on grill. Grill chicken 5 minutes per side, or until juices run clear when a skewer is inserted and internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Serve immediately.
