Chicken Pot Pie with Herb Crust

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp dried sage leaves
- chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chicken and vegetables in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inches.
- Mix soup and broth; pour into pan. Mix remaining ingredients; pour evenly over soup mixture (crust will rise during baking).
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
