Chicken With Pesto

List of Ingredients
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- four 5-oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tsp olive
- basil pesto
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a large ziptop bag. Add chicken breast halves, seal and shake to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 mintues, turning once, until cooked through. Serve topped with basil pesto.

Serves 4.
