Chicken & Rice
List of Ingredients
- 1 can each cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and cream of chicken soup
- 3 1/2 lbs chicken
- 1 1/4 cups rice
Instructions
- Blend soups. Reserve 1 cup. Mix remainder with rice and pour into greased 13" x 9" pan.
- Place chicken on top of rice mixture and cover with reserved soup. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Uncover and bake additional 30 minutes.
