Creamy Tarragon Chicken

- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 4 tsp. tarragon
- 8 each Chicken Breasts, boneless, skin on
- 3 cups flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 Pkg. UNCLE BEN'S FLAVORFUL® Chicken & Herb Rice
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Rinse chicken and dredge in flour.
- Heat oil and brown chicken, about 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm.
- Add oil to pan and whisk 1 Tbsp. of the flour used for dredging into the pan.
- Add the chiken stock, milk, and tarragon, whisking until smooth.
- Return chicken to pan and simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
- Serve over Chicken & Herb Flavorful™ Rice.
