Crumbled Turkey Cutlets

- 4 turkey cutlets, flatten with rolling pin
- 3 tablespoons flour, seasoned
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 5 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Dip turkey cutlets into flour and shake off. Next, dip into egg and then gently press each side into breadcrumbs mixed with cheese. Heat butter and oil in large skillet.
- Fry cutlets over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
