Jamaican Jerk Turkey

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs turkey breast chops
- Jerk Marinade:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 T allspice
- 1 T ginger root, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a shallow glass baking dish. Reserve 1/2 cup to be used as a dipping sauce or baste.
- Add breast chops and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.
- Grill 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
