    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1 1/2 lbs turkey breast strips
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 T paprika


    Instructions


    1. Mix lemon juice, wine, oil and garlic. Use turkey breast strips of if using turkey tenderloin, slice turkey breast crosswise into slices.
    2. Soak in half of the marinade for anywhere from one hour to overnight in the refrigerator. Reserve the other half of marinade for basting.
    3. Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip turkey slices into bread crumbs and place in greased baking dish.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink. (Thin slices take less time to cook.) Baste with mariande very 15 minutes while cooking.
