Marinated Chicken Breasts

List of Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 T gray salt
- 1 T freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 10 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped rosemary
- 1/2 cup lemon zest
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Cover with the remaining ingredients. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat a grill or heat a grill pan.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked throughout. Serve hot or at room temperature.
