Pecan Crusted Turkey Tenderloin

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1 T parsley, chopped fresh
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 turkey tenderloins (approx. 1 lb)
- Egg Wash:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Mix together first 5 ingredients.
- Dip turkey into egg wash and roll in dry mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees in a baking dish, lightly coated with non-stick spray, until no longer pink in the center. Baking time should be approximately 30 minutes.
