Pecan Crusted Turkey Tenderloin

List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  
• 1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  
• 1 T parsley, chopped fresh
  
• 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
  
• 2 turkey tenderloins (approx. 1 lb)
  
• Egg Wash:
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 cup water
  






Instructions



1. Mix together first 5 ingredients.
   
2. Dip turkey into egg wash and roll in dry mixture.
   
3. Bake at 350 degrees in a baking dish, lightly coated with non-stick spray, until no longer pink in the center. Baking time should be approximately 30 minutes.
