    Sauteed Turkey in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb turkey breast chops, cubed
    • 2 T butter
    • 8 oz pkg mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 cup onion, diced
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 T sherry, optional


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle garlic salt and a pinch of pepper on the meat. Quickly cook turkey, approximately 1 1/2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
    2. Add mushrooms and onion to skillet and saute until tender, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer. Return turkey to skillet. Heat just until hot.
    3. Serve over rice and sprinkle with parsley.
