Sauteed Turkey in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast chops, cubed
- 2 T butter
- 8 oz pkg mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T sherry, optional
Instructions
- Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle garlic salt and a pinch of pepper on the meat. Quickly cook turkey, approximately 1 1/2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Add mushrooms and onion to skillet and saute until tender, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer. Return turkey to skillet. Heat just until hot.
- Serve over rice and sprinkle with parsley.
