    • 2/3 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
    • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • Salt
    • 8 chicken breast halves, cut into cubes


    Instructions


    1. Stir together all ingredients and rub all over chicken. Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    2. Place chicken cubes on skewers and grill 10-14 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
