Turkey with Herbs and Lemon

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast chops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 cup fresh dill, minced
- 1 cup fresh mint, minced
- 3 T olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon sliced thinly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Oil a baking dish and arrange turkey breasts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic and herbs. Arrange lemon slices on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover tightly with tin foil. Bake 20-25 minutes or until turkey is done when tested, not pink inside.
