Asian Coleslaw

List of Ingredients
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 3 tsps soy sauce
- 3 tsps fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsps sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 (16 oz) bag 3-color deli coleslaw mix
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 T sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sugar.
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, water chestnuts, and red pepper. Add vinegar mixture, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
