    Serve with Caramelized Onion and Steak Sandwiches


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 T rice wine vinegar
    • 3 tsps soy sauce
    • 3 tsps fresh lemon juice
    • 2 tsps sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 (16 oz) bag 3-color deli coleslaw mix
    • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, diced
    • 1 red bell pepper, diced
    • 1 T sesame seeds


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sugar.
    2. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, water chestnuts, and red pepper. Add vinegar mixture, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
