List of Ingredients
- 3 baking potatoes
- 4 T olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half into thin wedges.
- Drizzle a large rimmed baking sheet with 2 T olive oil. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle potatoes with remaining 2 T olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook potatoes 30 to 40 minutes, or until crispy.
