    Serve with Grilled Flank Steak with Mushroom Madeira Sauce


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 T fresh lemon juice
    • 6 T butter
    • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets


    Instructions


    1. In a medium skillet, heat lemon juice over medium heat until reduced by half (about 2 minutes). Whisk in butter until combined; set aside.
    2. Place red pepper and broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water, and cook, 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
    3. Place steamed pepper and broccoli in a large bowl. Drizzle with lemon butter. Serve immediately.
