Lemony Broccoli and Peppers

Serve with Grilled Flank Steak with Mushroom Madeira Sauce
List of Ingredients
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 6 T butter
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, heat lemon juice over medium heat until reduced by half (about 2 minutes). Whisk in butter until combined; set aside.
- Place red pepper and broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water, and cook, 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Place steamed pepper and broccoli in a large bowl. Drizzle with lemon butter. Serve immediately.
