    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix
    • 2/3 cup low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
    • 1/4 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
    • 1 cup (about 5 oz) cubed fresh mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Place coleslaw mix in large mixing bowl.
    2. In separate bowl, whis together vinaigrette, tomatoes and basil. Pour over coleslaw mix; toss.
    3. Top salad with cheese. Serve coleslaw in hollowed-out head of red cabbage, and garnish with fresh basil sprig, if desired.
