Fresh and Creamy Potato Salad

- 4 cups cubed cooked potato
- 1/2 cup celery slices
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 T green onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 (8 oz ) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 T milk
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onions and salt. Mix lightly.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture. Mix lightly. Chill.
