Greek Feta Cole Slaw

List of Ingredients
- 1 bag( 16 oz) colelsaw mix
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup low-fat red wine vinegar-and-olive oil dressing, like Newman's Own
- 3/4 cup marinated feta, drained
- 1/2 cup pitted and quartered kalamata olives
Instructions
- In bowl, combine coleslaw mix and red onion.
- Drizzle dressing over coleslaw mix. Sprinkle with feta and olives.
- Toss to coat evenly. Spoon into romaine lettuce-lined bowl and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
