Grilled Greek Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 pocketless pitas *6" each), cut into sixths
- 1 bag (10 oz) Riviera blend salad mix, like Fresh Express
- 1 bulb fennel, cored and sliced
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke quarters, drained
- 3 medium radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette
- 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup cubed feta cheese
Instructions
- Heat grill. Lightly coat pitas with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. Grill 2 minutes, turning once.
- In bowl, combine salad blend, fennel, artichokes, radishes, Greek vinaigrette and oregano. Toss mixture to coat evenly.
- Transfer salad mixture to serving platter. Top with cubed feta cheese. Serve with pita triangles.
