List of Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 T chopped red onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli florets, sliced
- 5 oz dried cranberries
- 1 cup smoked turkey, thin sliced, (optional)
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, or toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup crumbled Blue cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Place in colander and run under cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
- Meanwhile, make dressing by combining lemon juice and onion in small bowl. Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved. Slowly stir in olive oil.
- In large bowl, toss pasta with dressing, cranberries, broccoli, turkey, walnuts, blue cheese, and sage (can substitute basil or parsley). Refrigerate until time of serving.
