    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup orzo
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
    • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
    • 1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
    • 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
    • 2 T toasted pine nuts
    • 2 T chopped fresh basil


    Instructions


    1. Prepare orzo according to package directions. In bowl, whisk oil, 2 T lemon juice, 1/2 tsp zest and seasoning.
    2. In separate bowl, combine orzo, olives, peppers, pine nuts and basil.
    3. Drizzle orzo mixture with dressing; toss to coat evenly.
