- 8 ounces orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions.
- Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in olive oil, vinegar, red onion, tomatoes and basil and toss to combine. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
