    Turkey Artichoke Pecan Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 T red wine vinegar
    • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 T chopped fresh basil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • chopped cooked turkey
    • coarsely chopped canned artichoke hearts
    • thinly sliced green onions
    • chopped toasted pecans
    • feta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together vinegar, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Whisk in olive oil until blended.
    2. Toss with turkey, artichoke hearts, green onions, pecans, and feta cheese.
