Turkey Artichoke Pecan Salad

- 5 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- chopped cooked turkey
- coarsely chopped canned artichoke hearts
- thinly sliced green onions
- chopped toasted pecans
- feta cheese
Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Whisk in olive oil until blended.
- Toss with turkey, artichoke hearts, green onions, pecans, and feta cheese.
