List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 T finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 T chopped drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 T finely chopped pittzed kalamata olives
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 loaf focaccia bread, quartered and split or 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red bell peppers, rinsed and drained
- 4 romaine or red leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 pkgs (4 oz each) sliced oven roasted or smoked turkey breast
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and red pepper in small bowl; mix well. Spread evenly over cut sides of bread. Remove excess liquid from roasted red bell peppers with paper towels. Layer roasted peppers, lettuce and turkey breast between bread slices.
