Herbed Cream Cheese Deli Sandwiches

Makes alot of these, as they tend to disappear from buffets quickly!
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb deli turkey breast, sliced
- 8 oz Nuefchatel cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 3 T chives, chopped
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 T fat free mayonaise
- 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread
- 12 oz roasted peppers, drained (1 jar)
- small green olives (optional)
Instructions
- Blend cheese, onion, chives, garlic powder, and mayonaise together.
- Spread 2 slices of the cocktail bread with a thin layer of the cheese mixutre.
- Cut the roasted peppers into 1 1/2" squares and place one between the bread slices along with a slice of turkey.
- Cut diagonally and stack the two halves. Top with an olive, if desired, and secure with a decorative toothpick.
- Repeat the process.
