Recipe Introduction
If you can't find chorizo, substitute any spicy or garlicky sausage.
List of Ingredients
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, undrained
- 1/2 lb chorizo sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Heat large saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add oil and onions; cook 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in garlic; cook briefly.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
