- 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup corn oil
- Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn and egg; mix until blended. Slow stir in flour until blended.
- In a large skillet, heat oil. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels; dust with confectioners' sugar.
