Velveeta Classic Potatoes Au Gratin

- 5 cups thinly sliced potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
- COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 8 to 10 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
- TOSS potatoes with remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover.
- BAKE at 350°F for 22 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir gently before serving.
