    List of Ingredients


    • 5 cups thinly sliced potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
    • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1 tsp. Dry mustard
    • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
    • 1/4 cup Milk


    Instructions


    1. COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 8 to 10 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
    2. TOSS potatoes with remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover.
    3. BAKE at 350°F for 22 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir gently before serving.

    Makes 8 servings

    Save 20 calories, 4 grams of fat and 2 grams of saturated fat per serving by substituting VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product for regular VELVEETA.
