Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich

- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing, divided
- 2 medium portobello mushroom caps, cleaned
- 2 kaiser rolls, split
- 2/3 cup cleaned spinach leaves, cut into strips
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
Instructions
- POUR 1/4 cup of the dressing over mushrooms in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove mushrooms from marinade; discard marinade.
- PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Grill mushrooms 5 min. on each side or until tender.
- COVER bottom halves of rolls with spinach and tomatoes; drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Cover with mushrooms and tops of rolls.

Makes: 2 servings, one sandwich each
Use Your Broiler
To cook mushrooms under the broiler instead of on the grill, place mushrooms on rack of broiler pan. Preheat broiler. Broil mushrooms, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 5 min. on each side or until tender. Use as directed.
