Buttermilk Wings

List of Ingredients
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 packets (1.6 oz each) buffalo wing seasoning
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- bottled blue cheese dressing, for dipping (optional)
- vegetable sticks, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine ubttermilk, wing seasoning and hot pepper sauce. Add wings and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and preferably overnight.
- Remove wings from refrigerator; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes. Remove from marinade, which you can discard.
- While wings are coming to room temperature, set up grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Oil grate when you're ready to start grilling.
- Place wings on hot, oiled grill. Cook 12 to 18 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve with blue cheese dressing and vegetable sticks, if you like.
