Delicious Chicken Wings

- 5 lb chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 4 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle light soy sauce
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Place in a single layer in a 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle the wings with the garlic salt. Spoon the dry mustard over the wings. Sprinkle with the thyme and parsley.
- Pour 3/4 of the bottle of soy sauce over the seasoned chicken. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Remove foil and drain most of the liquid. Increase oven to 400 F, return wings to oven and cook until browned, turning once, approximately 15 minutes. Remove to serving platter.
