Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

- 3 lbs. chicken wings (17 or 18)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T chili sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper
Instructions
- Separate chicken wings at the joint.
- Mix remaining ingredients; pour on chicken. Cover and refrigerate, turning chicken occasionally, at least 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken on rack in foil-lined broiler pan. Bake 30 minutes. Brush chicken with reserve marinade. Turn chicken and bake, brushing occasionally with marinade until tender.
