Bread-Machine Swedish Rye Bread

List of Ingredients
½ cup water
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon oil
1¼ cups bread flour
2/3 cup medium rye flour
1½ tablespoons yellow cornmeal
3 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
1½ teaspoons caraway seeds
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon grated orange zest
¼ teaspoon salt
1¼ teaspoons bread machine yeast
Recipe
Place all ingredients in pan according to the manufacturer’s directions. Set crust on medium and program for basic bread cycle. After baking cycle ends, remove from pan and place on a rack to cool.
This made a beautiful loaf. I set crust for light and it still was plenty dark. I like the seeds, but they could be left out.
