    List of Ingredients




    ½ cup water
    2/3 cup buttermilk
    1½ tablespoons olive oil
    1½ tablespoons dark honey
    2½ cups bread flour
    1/3 cup instant potato flakes
    1 tablespoon gluten
    1¼ teaspoons salt
    1¾ teaspoons SAF yeast
    or 2¼ teaspoons bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Put liquid in machine pan, then flour before potato flakes; they soak up water before flour can get hydrated. The dough will be slightly sticky but stiff at the same time. The potato flakes soak up liquid during the rises. 1½ pound loaf.
