List of Ingredients
1 c. warm water
1-1/2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg
1-1/2 t. sugar
1 c. rye flour
2 c. bread flour
3 T. gluten
1 T. caraway seeds
1 t. salt
1-1/2 t. dry yeast
Recipe
Layer in bread pan in order given by manufacturer. I choose wheat bread cycle, medium crust, 2 lb loaf. The only tweak I do is use 2 T. caraway seeds. I made it as written the first time and wanted a bit more caraway. This is way better than any rye bread you can get in the stores. It's awesome. Thanks
