List of Ingredients
Two 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups chopped pecans
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper (any color) finely chopped
1/3 cup real bacon bits
2 tblsp. to 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
Recipe
Mix all but 1 cup of the pecans. Shape into a ball. Cover, chill 12-24 hours. Roll ball in rest of pecans. Serve with crackers.
