    List of Ingredients




    1 can of bean soup (dont dilute)
    4 c's of shredded cheddar
    1/4 c of finely chopped onion
    hot sauce to your own taste

    Mix together in food processor...and roll in ball. I roll this one in chopped pecans. Then refrigerate. The beans and bacon give this one a smokey flavor. And..the beans are all mushed up..so you cant tell they're beans. I have noticed..that sometimes I needed to add..just a bit more cheese.

    I'm thinking you could play with this recipe. Rolled in pecans?! No - but maybe rolled in cooked crumbled bacon? Horseradish instead of hot sauce might be tasty. Served on crackers or dipped with (my favorite) Fritos, sounds like it would taste like their bean dip
