    1 8-oz Cream Cheese
    2 pkgs Thin-sliced Ham, pastrami or beef
    Whole Dill Pickles

    Recipe



    Spread cream cheese on meat. (You can layer 3 times). Wrap around a dry pickle. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Slice pickle roll crosswise to serve

    I've made these for years but I add some garlic powder to the cream cheese. Gives it a little zing

    I make these too, but use the dill pickle spears instead of the whole dills ....the pickle is not so overpowering that way.
