Chuck Wagon Steak with Beer

1 cup oil
2 cups beer
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 10-pound chuck steak or tri tip steak
Recipe
Combine oil, beer, lemon juice and seasonings. Pourover meat.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place steak in roasting
pan and brush with marinade.Roast in oven for 2-1/2 hours for rare steak.
