    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs boneless round steak
    2 T. flour 1/4 t.salt
    1/4 t pepper 1/4 c. Oil

    2T flour 1/2 c.chopped celery
    1 (16oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 t.soy sauce

    Recipe



    Pound steak, cut into serving size pieces. Combine flour,salt& pepper. Dredge meat in mixture. Brown in hot skillet and place in lightly greased 13x9x2 in baking dish. Set aside.
    Add 2T flour to pan drippings;cook over med.heat 1 min.,stirring constantly.Add vegtables.Cook until thick stirring constantly.Stir in soy sauce. Pour mixture over steak.Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1hr15min. or until steak is tender. Will serve 6
