List of Ingredients
1 lb round steak cut into 1/2 “ strips
1 T paprika
2 T butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 ½ cup beef broth.
1 cup onions, sliced thin
2 green pepper, cut in strips
2 T cornstarch
¼ cup each soy sauce & water
1 can sliced water chestnutsRecipe
Sprinkle steak with paprika and brown in butter. Add garlic and broth and simmer for an hour. Stir in onions, green peppers and water chestnuts and cook for 5 minutes. Blend together the cornstarch with the soy sauce & water. Stir into the meat mixture and cook until clear and thickened (about 2 minutes) Serve over hot cooked rice.
