List of Ingredients
1 c. warm water
1-1/2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg
1-1/2 t. sugar
1 c. rye flour
2 c. bread flour
3 T. gluten
1 T. caraway seeds
1 t. salt
1-1/2 t. dry yeast
Recipe
Layer in bread pan in order given by manufacturer. Mine has you put all the dry ingredients on the bottom, make a well in the dry ingredients and add the moist ingredients. It said to cook it on the whole wheat cycle. My bread machine only makes a 2 lb. loaf for whole wheat cycle. It took 3 hours, 40 minutes start to finish and was just perfect. It was set to medium brown.
